Unforgettable night! I took my girlfriend(significant other) for her to try tapas at Pimentón Spanish Restaurant. The service... was awesome, the food was amazing and the decor was very original. I felt like I was back in Spain with family celebrating lifeor in a family fiesta. I loved everything about the restaurant and would definitely return. We had reservations and wereseated right away. We were shortly greeted individually and made to feel welcomed by the owners, Roberto & Veruska. The waiterwas very helpful, courteous & attentive even with a full restaurant last Saturday night. He brought us delicious bread almostas soon as we sat down. I ordered a glass of Sangria and it tasted like the one my father used to make with plenty of fruit anda generous portion. The food/tapas was authentic and delicious! My girlfriend was made to feel at home and loved the food aswell. I loved the way the restaurant was designed with the decorations. It looked like the restaurants in Spain and the priceswere very reasonable/affordable. I absolutely loved the entire experience: excellent service, amazing food and awesomeambience. Roberto & Veruska have created an exceptional experience in authentic Spanish Cuisine. I highly recommend it! Read more

So glad I decided to tag along with my girlfriend and her dad to this Spanish restaurant. What a cool little place. The staff... was great and the owner was super chill, I felt like I was coming over to visit a cousin whom I haven?t seen in a long time. Theestablishment was tiny but the space was utilized and every inch was filled with memorabilia from Spain. Started with the Curedpork Serrano ham and Manchego cheese. Very savory and I paired it with the Albariño wine. It was the perfect combination, thewine was sweet but not too sweet as other whites I had before. I also had the ham bombones, which were okay. For my entry I hadthe filet mignon medium rare with a side of steam potatoes and the sweet plantains. I also had the dish with a blue cheese sauceand boy that sauce was something else, it was out this world!! I paired this dish with the 1906 Black Coupage, a dunkle fromSpain. This beer was smooth and I could taste chocolate, coffee and licorice all which blended super well. Lastly to finish offI had what is probably the best flan ever. Definitely would recommend this place down in Miami. Read more
