My girlfriend ordered munchkins via mobile pick-up - 5 jellies and 5 pumpkin munchkins. When we arrive to pick up the rest of... our order was there to the side but no bag of munchkins. I asked the lady there about the munchkins and she told me they had nojellies left and the last batch of pumpkin munchkins she had sold to the customer that walked out not too long ago. My chiefcomplaint here is that if an order comes in with something pre selected then those munchkins should have been put to theside. Ended up having to settle for one pumpkin muffin and lost 20 cents on the order with no form of compensation. Last timewe come to this location since this wasn't the first time we've had to deal with a similar issue. Read more

I stop into Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis. On this visit, in this location, I was helped by a very friendly person, that... sadly, I didn't get her name. An older lady herself, she was very kind and patient with my senior father. The place was dirty, tables and floor, enough employees were there to keep it clean but they had time to play, one girl was... re-stocking napkins, but unable to clean the counter as she go, I almost felt like standing up to teach her how. The drink Iasked for tasted like water and ice. Read more
