I still cannot believe what I heard, at this drive thru. I asked ?can I have cheese tots? and a lady told me ?NO!? with... attitude. I then said ?excuse me?? And then she told me ?we don?t sell that here sir.? When they clearly do on their website.This is why I hardly go to Burger King because it is the lowest quality chain of fast food. If you?re deciding to go here, doyourself a favor and go across the street to McDonald?s. PS the onion rings tasted like fried erasers. Read more
If you dont check your bag before you go you will have your order wrong or anothers customer order but not what you... order...really bad customer service. Read more

I usually buy from a different Burger King but this one was the only close one that was open. Ordered for a family of four all... large and we all got medium sized fries and to add to insult the fries box were only half filled if that. Angry about the error?Yes.. knowing most businesses are short staffed, it?s understandable for this type of service but there?s no excuse to find hairin our food. Both my brother and I found hair in our fries.. never again buying from this location. Worst service I ever had. Read more
