Poor management. For the past couple weeks my orders have been incorrect. Today I g. I have an online order took them 20 min... from when I got there to give me my food. Then they gave My food to another guest. They did offer to make me another order but Icould. It wait another 20 min to get my order when my husband had to be at work in 30 min. This is a fast food establishment noreason I have to wait 20 min for food I ordered online. I work at a food establishment I know I'm able to give a refund foronline order your manager was super rude. And the tall skinny guy at the Window was also rude. Please change tour management. Ifyour manager is rude and don't care you're other staff will be the same. Read more
Beautifully remodeled for Miami Lakes (nice spacous location and parking). For a BK it it very nice. Employees were nice. Fast... food is fast food so not much that be said there. Read more
Poorly managed. In every single way. The McDonald's nearby has absolutely way better management than this joke. Honestly either... I wish bk fired everyone that worked here, or they've could've just at least just sold the building off to another companyinstead of having to remodel it. What a waste of business this is ???? Always has quick service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the line (inside or outside). Staff is friendly and... efficient. Always super clean! All tables are impeccable. Only Burger King worth coming to in South Florida. I mean it. Read more
Took my vegetarian niece to Burger King to try the Impossible Whopper. She hadn't eaten meat in almost 2 years and doesn't... normally like vegetarian burgers. But this plant based burger tastes so much like a real burger she loved it. I'm also glad wedecided to try this Burger King because it may be the cleanest and most technological Burger King I've ever been in. You canorder on a digital kiosk or at the counter. Also they had plenty of indoor and outdoor door patio seating. All of our food wasmade to order and came out hot, fresh and tasty. Read more
