Went in this restaurant and waited through the many side conversations the front cashier was having with a group of young... people. This for about 8 minutes. She took the order of the lady in front of me, then returned to the conversation she?d beenhaving previously. I?ve been standing for roughly 14-15 minutes now. I asked if anyone was working the front register, and thesame woman answered ?Yes, why and glared at me silently for about 15 seconds.I then said ?forget about it? turned and left thestore. I then drove through traffic on 1-95 to the store on Hallandale where I received the service and courtesy lacking in theMiami Gardens location. I've been giving the benefit of doubt to this Wingstop for a while. I always order online ahead of time and it's always the same... thing. Online they tell me 27-33 min, but when I get to the store I have to wait an additional 25-30 min. I was there yesterdayand what made me upset the most is that the staff doesn't take responsibility. 1. The staff is Viciously Disrespectful towardsdoordash drivers, customers and each other. They don't acknowledge the customer. 2. They don't care about my wait time. It'slike I have nothing to do. It took them 55 minutes to get my order. I asked 4 times if my order was ready and they just keptsaying not yet and giving me the nasty look. 3. The staff hate working here, only the security enjoys his job. 4. I was missingmy ranch and blue cheese. The wings had no flavor, especially the lemon pepper, they make this all the time, how come it isn'tdone correctly. I come to this particular Wingstop very often depending on what time of the day that you go you might have to wait a little... longer than usual. But overall when I receive my food everything?s on point the only thing I might have to ask for is catcherwhich is an a problem. The corn taste so good to me. I called a young lady answered the phone can I put you on hold for a brief moment I said yes It's not a problem I am driving... from Fort Lauderdale to Miami Gardens after 25 minutes they hung up I called 4 more times no answer. If they changed theirsystem to order on line she could have said something me and my friends order for basketball,football and soccer.i will notorder anymore from them I am a customer my wife was craving for some Limon pepper I can't please my wife they will lose mybusiness what she don't realize without the customer there's no wing stop. If I could I would rate this place ZERO stars. Manager was extremely rude at me just because, no reason why he kicked me out of... the store, I was just working doing DoorDash and this person treat like the worst human in the planet. He should be in jail. Read more

If you're looking for a place that you can recommend to your enemy then this is your place! The staff is Viciously Disrespectful... towards doordash drivers, customers and each other. It took them 52 minutes to get my order, not 5, not 10, 52!!! I asked them4 times if my order was ready and they just kept saying not yet. Eventually after my patience gave up and I spoke to the manager(rude Young Lady with long hair) they finally started making my order. Called the restaurant on 6/13/22 @ 10:40pm I wanted to place a order while i was leaving work in broward County which this... location is miami where i live so the food can be ready. A young lady answered the phone and said only online order anddelivery orders so I responded ok then I said what time you close but before I could ask that she hung up. So I said maybe she didn't hear me so I called back and she said it again answering the phone with hanging up saying online and walk inorders only and hanging up the phone. But I want to know what time they close so I won't get off i-95 and they be closed bythat time I get there to place my order . So everytime I call it was the same thing till I guess she was annoyed and another staff answered and she actually waited until I asked the question but she was acting as if she couldn't hear me but I gotthe question answered . Which was what time they closing. The people they hire have no customer service and it be theseyoung individuals that don't have morals I blame the manager cause they don't inservice these staff. And they working forthe person who own this company to make money not knowing the staff they hire not meeting good customer service skills andloosing them money. They need a better chef because they food Sucks. They wings are nasty and flavorless and dry like the chicken legs in the... island. The fries a nasty and not fresh and everything is salty. I will never eat from this company again. Waste of moneyand There?s a lot of people with restaurants that shouldn?t never be in the kitchen at all. Money and fame is what?s wrong withthe business.
