Very rude staff and bad service. Two of the girls that were working tonight should be fired. One girl worked the drive-thru... window and the other girl worked the front window. The conch salad was terrible! If I wasn?t so far away, I would have taken it back. It has changed a few times over the last... couple months but this was the worst. I was thoroughly surprised and pleased with my lunch from Snappers. I had the tilapia wings and fries platter and I must say it... was the best wings and fish I?ve had in a very long time! The wait time was definitely worth it! I will return to try somethingelse on the menu as soon as possible. Read more
The only fast food I know that take about 30 minutes but it's worth your wait. very affordable it's actually a double line drive... through and a walk-up window but if you got some time you'll be fine. I mean you can order Uber eats or whatever but I like toeat my food fresh so the chicken wings are really good as well this is actually conch and shrimp combo. Read more
When you read all the reviews and comments you may be scare away or won?t even try it. Here is my review: This is not a typical... place to seat and enjoy your food there, they literally have a canopy with a few benches if you wish to stay but I recommend youbring it home The drive through line could be long specially if you get there between Thursday through Sunday night but it isunderstandable since you must remember they fry everything as you order it (They fry fresh food). We have tried their Wings,Shrimp, Corn, Conch, and other side orders they have always tasted good. In regards of the staff?s attitude.... relativelyyoung employees therefore they may be always on their phone but other than that they have been courteous when we placed ourorders. They have to have to worst service ever. Waited for ten minutes in the left lane just for a rude young lady to come open the... window and say very drily that I have to use the other lane to order. Mind you they had the sign out to proceed to lane 2! Theysaid it was open. And the young ladies made eye contact with me several times they just let me sit there. Won?t ever go back. Read more
