Terrible service! The woman that was at the drive thru window had no customer service skills at all. I was buying for my family... and she had no patience was trying to rush me through my order. My brother on the passenger side of me asked me to ask her for acertain garlic sauce they have, I don?t know I rarely eat with sauce! But she gave us a nasty attitude and gave us the wrongsauce, slammed the window in our face and walked away. My brother told me to ask her for the right sauce, I said to Hell withthe sauce and with me ever spending my money here ever again; then proceeded to drive away! Every time I get something from this location the order is always messed up. My son ordered half chicken white meat and 2... salads as the sides. When he got home he had half chicken dark meat and the salads were soggy like they were days old salads. Itook a bite of the chicken and had to throw the whole thing away because the chicken tasted BAD. I did not feel like drivingback up there. I honestly give it 0 stars but I had 2 give a star rating. every time i order from here the food is always burnt, cold, or plain out made incorrectly. recently i made an online order,... everything came wrong, Karol contacted me for a replacement because with an online order i couldn?t get a refund. I get thereand she wasn?t there. the night manager kept saying he would get to it. I WAS THERE FOR AN HOUR. when i confronted him about ithe asked me if i was done talking. no cold and stale chicken is worth this garbage.
