The rice wasn't cooked. It was still crunchy. The rest of the burrito was pretty good. I got skirt steak and pork. The drinks... are great if you like them fruity. I ordered online.. went inside for pick up and waited over 40 min for my order. Three people asked the name of the order and no... one got it. So I assumed it wasn?t made yet. It was sitting in the drive through window the whole time. Not in the pick upwindow inside the shop. My order was correct. It was fairly busy and the manager who looked like chance the rapper was veryapologetic for the customers waiting. I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after my estimated order ready time. I checked the pickup order self... and my order was not there. I walked to the front counter and gave them my name. No one acknowledged my order so i assumed itwasn't ready yet. The girl at the register had a issue ringing up customers and providing them with the wrong change. Thiscaused a delay for the people ready to pay. Another employee who looked like Chance the Rapper assisted and addressed the 5people waiting on mobile orders. He did a great job. The issue was that they were making the orders but no on was putting on theto-go shelf. I waited extra 20 minutes before my food was ready. The order was accurate; however, the food was cold which waskind of disappointing (I heated it) but the food was fresh; it tasted good. There are a lot of growing pains they need to workout. I?ve eaten at this location 3x and I always order the same thing, a quesadilla. I always appreciated the fact that they gave you... alot of meat inside the quesadilla.
