The voodoo theme is realized throughout the bar and gives you something to look at as u walk up to the bar on the roof. The... staff personality was friendly and not stuffy. Seemed to be the most reasonably price hookah bar in the south beach area whenit came to the bill and tip included. They seem to specialize in large parties as several birthday bottles with sparklersituations happened. The atmosphere here was very nice. It was quick to get in and the vibe was really nice. We chilled on the rooftop and Jane was... our server. She was super attentive and made sure all our questions were answered and she kept coming back to check on us. TheDJ was playing a great mix. Voodoo lounge is a bar that has a roof deck that overlooks the beach it is kind of hard to see the boardwalk down below the wall... is kind of high but it’s a really beautiful lounge. The drinks are start at 16 bucks and are very tiny they get larger but youcan pay up to 50 bucks for a cocktail. The way staff is lovely and very attentive. To get up to the roof tech is a monster setof stairs you better have a good knees. There is no elevators that’s working at this time. Our only dispute is our twococktails $16 each came with a 20% service charge which we took to mean a tip and our service staff still asked for a cash tipwhich is weird. Food, drinks and hookah were all a little pricey. The view from the rooftop was nice. Just make sure you can make it back down... the stairs after drinking. Our food came out cold and none of us liked the drinks that we ordered. We didn't feel like the staffwas attentive to us and there wasn't anyone else really up there. Read more
