The poolside staff is excellent, and will set up your chair with chair covers and fresh towels. Chez was our server and was... awesome. We moved all around from chair to pool to hot tub to bar area. He kept up with us and did not have to track himdown. App - guacamole and chips. It?s Miami can?t mess it up. Entree - fish tacos. A little light on fish but excellenttaste. Shrimp curry bowl - absolutely fresh vegetables and rice with amazing curry sauce. Plenty of shrimp. Left full forsure Drinks are pricey particularly if doubles so keep that in mind. But if your staying at 1 Hotel SB, you already know yourgonna spend some money. So accept that and relax. It?s great. Read more
This place is super dreamy, I spend most of my time here whenever we visit. The atmosphere is spectacular. The food and drinks... are amazing. The staff is the absolute best, everyone is welcoming, helpful and happy. It is also kept very clean.???????????????????? Read more

Pool Side, Ocean Side and even in the Beach. This amazing place is located between the beach and the pool just perfectly for you... to enjoy your stay in Florida. Spent 10 minutes trying to find this restaurant! Just to find out that you have to be a guest of the 1Hotel to dine there. ????
