The hotel is amazing. The amenities are outstanding. Everything about the hotel is wonderful. The biggest thing is the... attitude of the employees, they are extremely attentive and happy to help however they can. There was a huge problem with theair conditioning throughout the entire building. It failed completely one morning and would not be fixed for a while. Ofcourse they were dealing with a bunch of uncertain folks and it takes a while to organize the response to a failure of thattype. They achieved it very well and were very helpful to get things taken care of the right way. I have zero problemsrecommending this hotel even with the issues that did arise. You should stay here. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The customer service was top notch. Everyone there seemed happy to be at... work. I really admire what the Ritz-Carlton on Lincoln Road has accomplished. From check-in to check-out, everything was onpoint and done right. We loved the people, pool, spa, beach, and dinning. The food was delicious and the room was nice andclean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in South Beach. Some of the staff that stood out during our staywere the following: Federico, Kelly, Eugene, Lot, Oscar, and Fabiene. I look forward to going back to The Ritz-Carlton, SouthBeach. Read more
I had a spectacular experience at the Ritz in South Beach! The employees are taught very well and are attentive and go out of... their way for you! It makes such a huge difference when people do their job well!!!! Also the hotel after the renovations isclean and modern and a perfect place to hang out! Really well air conditioned, always smells nice inside. The restaurant by thepool has amazing food and is beautiful. The pool service was amazing, drinks were perfect and again, the STAFF was 10/10!!!! Iwill 100% return here, in fact, I can?t wait lol! Good Job, Keep it up!!!! Read more
We received such exceptional service from the moment we arrived! Every employee we walked passed, greeted us and offered... assistance in any kind of way. The front desk also ( I believe her name was Shelly?) who checked us in was so kind, informative,and efficient. She got us an amazing upgrade with ocean view and a balcony, and then got us a champagne toast as we waited. Icannot wait to come back here! Read more
The grounds, especially the pool and beach location were great. The rooms were lovely. However, the level of hospitality I?ve... come to expect at a Ritz Carlton property was not up to par. Service at the pool, restaurant and front desk were below thestandard of other Ritz Carlton properties where my family and I have stayed in the recent past. Staff were not attentive, wellinformed about what the hotel offered, or especially friendly. While the pool itself was great, my family and I would likelystay at Loews South beach next time where the service is more professional. My family and I have depended on the Ritz Carltonbrand to ensure we will be at a hotel that?s hospitality matches it?s prices. Sadly, that was not the case at Ritz Carlton SouthBeach. Read more
This was truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. From the moment you step into the hotel the vibe the staff... give off is very genuine and caring. It was my 1st experience at the CLUB level and WOW do they spoil you. Once Myriam found outwe were there because I proposed and celebrating our engagement she packed us a little goody bag for the beach that morning andsurprised us with Champagne and chocolate with ballons in our room! when we returned! Accompanied by a sweet note from theentire CLUB team congratulating us. She also gave us an incredible French boutique restaurant recommendation that was off thebeaten path which was so adorable and our perfect taste. My boyfriend and I came here for 6 days to celebrate our anniversary and Memorial Day weekend. We had the best time. We got off... to a rocky start after being put in a room that we did not love, especially since we were going to be there for almost a week.The staff went out of their way to make it right. The hotel is beautiful, clean and classy. The food at the restaurants andin-room dining was amazing. But what made our stay, and what will make us return again, is the staff. From the front desk, tothe bellman, in-room dining, beach staff, pool staff...everyone was amazing. You can tell they enjoy where they work. Sidenote--try the frosé at the pool or beach. From the doorman to the front desk and the house keepers, everyone greeted and smiled. Upon check in we have Christian helped... us, it was very smooth and easy check in. At the check out, it was on Sunday Nov-27th-22, around 10:00 A.M. There was a lady (she has her hair tied up) sitting at the concierge desk very focused and busy using the laptop. My son went to her asked for anice cream, she looked at him unfriendly and said she did not have ice cream. My son went to other person, it was christian, hesmiled and said he will try his best to find an ice cream for him. It made our day and we would like the manager to recognizeChristian for his professionalism and top notch great hospitality service. Perhaps, the lady at the concierge need a furthertraining on how to take care Ritz Carlton's customers. Its great they have 24/hour pool area open, unfortunately the nightlights needed to be repaired. It was not on during our 4 nights stay. There were some fruit flies flying around the bench by thepool area. The public bathroom on the second floor can brighten up a bit and it required more frequent cleaning service as it'snext to the pool. Read more
