I thought I had found my preferred place after my first few orders were awesome. Today I ordered warm chicken parm with quinoa... and broccoli... All I got was spinach and cherry tomatoes... Paid full price + delivery for getting this misrespect, there is noway to contact a human being in the store and they are not answering the chat. Im very disenchanted, no care for what would havebeen a lyal customer and a source of referrals since the Miami Beach location is fairly new. I hope someone reaches out to meand make this right. Order from here at your own risk. They?ve gotten my order wrong 2 times in arrow and for stupid reasons which show you that the... staff just doesn?t care. I?ve also had to wait more than 20 extra minutes after pick up time. And the staff is just rude. Nocostumer service at all. Sorry folks you really have to get it together. Read more
You are the perfect example that a good product is not enough. With such a horrible customer service unfortunately I won?t be... coming back. I ordered the day?s special plate and the person didn?t even know how to put it together missing many of theingredients, not to mention his face when I told him that the ingredients were missing. I echo the complaints of many of the reviewers. While we're seeing food shortages and delays at other brands as well, many times... at SweetGreen in the Miami area the food inventory isn't the problem, it's that the staff isn't making and replacing items onany sort of schedule. Food at Sweetgreen is prepped manually so if the staff doesn't have the heart for that TLC, you can forgetabout it. I visited this location close at about 4:30pm one day and found items missing. I left unwilling to pay $15-$20 for asalad with limited options. I returned a few days later and...***EDGAR PROVIDED WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!*** Edgar could see I hadhigh standars and wanted the full value of my salad. Firstly, I thanked Edgar for preparing my food with his mask on in theright way - nose and mouth fully covered. Edgar was polite and personable. Edgar coordinated with Karim (great team work andcollaboration!) in the kitchen to give me the freshest of my salad choices. I wish I had his name as well to give him praise aswell. I left very happy! I had a great experience with a gentleman the week prior as well but there were a few attempted visitswhere I just had to walk away.
