Super super slow the worker I went at around 10pm. He doesn?t know how to multitask. It took me 15 mins to wait and I was the... second person. Very poor management,and lack of customer service. As a concierge from a nice hotel near by, I was impressed with the manager... ,and his lack of everything. There will be more that 100 foot long subways that you don t to sale in 2020, plus my customers ,who will not be recommended to visit that store. Checking different options ,and franchises. I would like management to address a situation with the cashier working at this subway location, a woman wearing a headscarf who... worked on Saturday December 7th in the evening, my friend and I ordered from her earlier that evening and we came back for a cupof water, as a young lady, very polite and a LOCAL! Who comes in and orders online all the time, I asked for a cup of water, thecashier was rude and asking for money about $2! The problem wasn?t with me not affording $2, but it?s the principle to treat apatron so rudely when I even said please, I just ate here and I need a cup or water. When she declined, I told her she couldwatch me fill it up, she continued to refuse and stated that the only way I could get water was if I brought my own cup. I leftyour store and went to the smoothie shop next door when another cashier that I haven?t purchased anything from gave me a FREEempty cup, I came back to the subway to show the cashier the kindness of others and proceeded to fill up my cup with water, thenshe saw me do it and gave me attitude the entire time. She began arguing with me about the fact that I criticized the ?socalled? policy, I have never ever been treated or heard of such behavior over ?a cup or water? .
