-First of all, they are extremely slow and you are lucky if the employee speaks basic English. -Second, I came multiple times... and multiple days here while in Miami because I like Starbucks coffee, but non of the employees were happy. Seriously not even afake smile! And they don't know what they are doing. My last visit the lady overcharged me and when she asked for help from hercoworker he was kinda mad. Really Starbucks? Why this kind of employees? Especially when there aren't other Starbucks near by. Read more
Very unreliable hours open. Of the past several times we've gone, they have either not been open or had an extremely limited... menu. In general, this location's inventory has been very limited for months now, not even having hot coffee for the last couplemonths.
