It was so hot outside so we went there for drink. The price was reasonable based to the location. Wait time was around 5 min as... there were lots of customers in there. There is a restroom in there but the line was so long. Employees were nice and did theexact thing we wanted to have. Also they got little dine in space for those who wants to eat inside. Latina girl with long pony tail always smiling and great customer service the Asian lady awesome always smiling and am not goingto forget my elder lady she?s great too lover her personality. So slow !! If you want to wait 15 minutes when there is none in this Starbucks, for a frappucinno, you are at the right place.... Better to find another Starbucks. Read more
I went here for a green tea. I like the 30oziced green tea(trenta) . I like the parfait. This starbucks has blueberries. So... I added the blueberries to the parfait. I also like the perfect bars. I ordered one of those. I like those or the proteinbox. But the display shows the blueberries in the counter This is the main starbucks on south beach. I've went multipletimes. The best Starbucks you will ever step foot into. The coffee is good but the reason this location is amazing is the people.... Unequivocally the most kind and personable staff I?ve ever experienced. This place gets really full, but even with a long line they handled it and the wait wasn't long. The drinks were good.
I went to this Starbucks just to have an Oat Cappuccino and my experience has been positive. The store is beautifully designed... and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient and products are consistent with the other Starbucks stores. Read more
The items don't get picked up by customers right away causing an unnecessary crowd. All because the server barely mumbles out... people's name for pick up. I'm not sure they themselves can hear what they're saying. Read more
