I?m a loyal customer that worked and eat here almost daily. I love the business structure, but when it comes to the staff and... some of the other customers, it?s can be very uncomfortable verbally most of the times when I come here for my morning andevening smoothies. Very rude and disrespectful comments are being made which makes me feel targeted. I don?t even say a word andcome here to get some work done while I?m drinking my favorite smoothie, until collectedly rude statements of verballyharassment from customers and staff which have me questioning the professionalism of the work environment along with thecustomer experience. It?s not right non fair for anyone to experience such a thing specially if I sometime the only black malein the seating area. Just need one of my favorite space to practice more professionalism because it can make any indigenousindividual feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. NOT COOL! Read more

Came here to pick up an app order Saturday October 16th for my mother at 1:26pm and the young lady had so much attitude and was... visibly upset and talking to herself. She barked at me asking for my what I needed then as I was explaining my online order cutme off rudely and rolled her eyes saying ?I got it? Then she asked me ?is this for here or to-go or what do u want? with anattitude again. Which is honestly is a odd and irrelevant question being that all smoothies are handed to customers over thecounter in the same fashion AND if there was additional information she needed she wouldn?t have rudely cut me off. I felt likeshe was asking to show her displeasure further and let me know she just got into work. I understand that sometimes you just getinto work and you?re instantly in the weeds needing time to adjust or maybe even something in your personal life was getting toyou BUT you NEVER make a customer feel the way she did today. Amazing smoothies with a dog friendly staff! Highly recommend! True staple of the South Beach scene for decades.

I went to smoothie king for pre workout smoothie without protein. I think I ended up getting the HIIT which has a good bit of... protein in it , but there are non protein containing drinks which are better suited for pre-workout situations. Pure Rechargecomes to mind and it is high in caffeine as well.... The gladiator is my main choice , but the immune builder and HIIT I havebeen trying. The worst location ever! I can believe I would say that on a smoothie king The store is in total mess and one girl upfront (we... understand staff shortage) but?. I?ve order my order online at 11:10 and suppose to be ready on time, I?ve arrived at the storearound 11:36 and still my order not ready, when I?ve asked about my order, the one employee called another team meme we who camehalf sleep ???? After waiting for someone to make my order the female employee came out with her hair half was inside the icebin and holding the ice scooper with her bare hands, all that and ice said ok, When she was ready to put them in blender shenoticed that she might have something missing When finish blending the 2 cups were missing almost 3oz of drinks and on top ofthat she was trying to scoop it out of her bare hand again until she noticed my presence I refused to receive my order and askedher for refund and her reply was hilarious: yeah why not, you will get it; I?ve asked how? I come here often. The team here is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I always customize my smoothie, (sorry I am that person)... and they always accommodate me with a smile. Tayleen and Niccole are so awesome! They make me want to come back just to seethem. This store also seems to be a good community partner. They tend to participate in events or host events that benefit thecommunity, which as a local I appreciate.
