Lovely french restaurant with a great atmosphere both inside with live music, and in the cozy hidden patio in the rear. Food is... very good and nicely presented. The staff is attentive and friendly. Knocked one star because on my last visit I ordered thetiramisu, which had no coffee whatsoever, a signature ingredient of this dessert. Read more

A little slice of Paris in Miami. In full confession I had not been here in years but remember having a great experience and a... beautiful courtyard. When you walk in greeted by piano, perfect set bar with a Chello. Wood bar with retro ceiling tiles lots oflittle fixtures. Tasteful decor and even a classic movie Casablanca projected on the wall. Attention to detail exquisite. Restrooms are impeccable. And then comes the food. I was talking to the chef and proprietor Nabil, he recommended the lambshank. I am at a loss of words how good the food was. It lived up to expectations and far exceeded them. The lamb was cookedto perfection, tender and just fell right off the bone. Clearly well marinated, it was on this gravy of potato and olives. Tosum it up I can say that not only has he created a slice of Paris in Miami but probably one of the best slices you can find. It's one of those places which will stick in your mind and heart for years to come and probably should be rated as one of thevery best hidden gems in Miami. Little gem hidden in Normandy isles! Never judge a book by its cover, for at first glance, rouge didn't look like much until I... walked in, and I was lost somewhere in France!! Great ppl, good music, awesome service!! Update: my goodness!!! So I found outtoday right now that they have Paris right in the back! It's so romantic and so secluded. I'm surprised Hollywood Stars haven'tstumbled upon this place. The open back is AMAZING ????. I felt like Paris was packaged just for me and brought here to Miami! Iabsolutely love this place! Meals are still just as decadent and great portion size. Not like the out of control gluttonousAmerican size, but the size that satisfies you and keeps you coming back for more! Don't sleep on this place, it really isbeautiful, provided you remove your Miami way of thinking and open your eyes to beauty in small packages ?????? Read more

Very transporting atmosphere. This French Moroccan fusion restaurant is one of North Beach's best kept secret. Located in a... gentrified Normandy Isles. It's a must and you won't regret it! Read more

I love Rouge. This French Mediterranean restaurant has great food and great ambiance. Is like being on a French bistro in... Paris with soft piano playing on the back and great decor to go with it. The menu here has something for everyone, but some ofour favorites are the daily vegetable soup like carrot & ginger.. (so good). Escargot in a basil pesto sauce and fabulous breadto start. Their morrocan tagine version of organic Hen was delicious and so juicy with a side of Couscous... what more can Isay. Top it all off with a good representation of the south of France Boulliabese, with large prawns and shell fish this bisquelike soup warms your heart. Served in a large bowl the presentation was also perfect. Dessert was both refreshing anddelicious. The passion fruit mousse was tangy and not too sweet just enough to make you want to dig in again for more. Read more

A wonderful experience in a cute area of Normandy Isle, Miami Beach. However, there is no getting around how expensive it is,... priced like South Beach restaurants - this is my only complaint. The food is delicious. We shared the bastilla, so warm with aperfect combination of savory and slightly sweet flavoring. I had the filet mignon with truffle potato puree - perfect cut ofmeat, tender, full of flavor. My partner had, his exact words - "The best veal lasagna I've ever had". I had a taste and itwas to die for - but steep at $28. We've only been the once, we'd return more if it was priced better. Read more
