Me and my boyfriend decided to come to Miami for my birthday, unfortunately we chose the wrong place to stay (another hotel), so... we decided to find a new hotel and that?s how we found Pestana Hotel! When we came the person in the front desk was so helpfuland nice, he let us make an early check in so we can enjoy the hotel and beach. Our room was amazing, clean and with a cool poolview. All the staff in general were amazing, always helping us and making us feel like at home, we want to thank especially toBrian,Luis, Mathew and Leandro for their service. I can?t wait to come back! The staff at the hotel were wonderful and went out of there way to be accommodating! The bartender at the pool served drinks to... our large group past closing time. In addition, when I was checking-out of the hotel, Luis at the front desk and Oaliden wentout of there way to help me make sure my group got to our flight in time. Great service and friendly people! The room wasn't anything special, but it certainly got the job done on our 5 night vacation.... Staff was very nice and cleaned our room when requested. Valet service was $40/night and is a must have when there is barely anypublic parking around the hotel. Everything that makes South Beach awesome was within walking distance. Great service! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and will be back again. The room was a decent size with a pool view and the... bathroom was clean and beautifully designed. All staff were great and accommodating especially Juan who helped plus during checkout. His customer service was at 10. Read more

This was my partner and I first vacation since The pandemic, we unfortunately checked into another hotel first and it wasn?t so... great. We came across Pestana and wow did they change our trip around. The staff is excellent and are genuinely nice andrespectful, pool is clean I am still trying to figure out how they keep it so clean lol, quiet which is important for bed time,room is typical but CLEAN! Overall a great experience and we officially named this our go to hotel! Read more
