Lovely, courteous staff but terrible smoothies. Before covid-19 they would make the smoothies fresh to order, with wonderful... tasty unique sustainable fresh ingredients. Now they just pull the pre-made smoothies out of a fridge. Its not even close tothe same. They just aren't worth buying. For a top-tier brand such as the 1 Hotel it is really disappointing they took the lazyway out with their main lobby cafe, and kept their covid-19 smoothie policy in place, even long after the emergency phase of thepandemic ended.
