Lovely, courteous staff but terrible smoothies. Before covid-19 they would make the smoothies fresh to order, with wonderful... tasty unique sustainable fresh ingredients. Now they just pull the pre-made smoothies out of a fridge. Its not even close tothe same. They just aren't worth buying. For a top-tier brand such as the 1 Hotel it is really disappointing they took the lazyway out with their main lobby cafe, and kept their covid-19 smoothie policy in place, even long after the emergency phase of thepandemic ended. OK coffee, bad prices, very bad cappuccino, nice staff. Go if you're desperate (you are in this area).
