Ordered a shake and salad for pickup. They never gave my mom the shake, and forgot to give her the dressing for the salad. I... called and the lady Elisa pretty much blamed us for not checking the order, and gave us the excuse that the lady after handingmy mother the bag and receipt , was going to go hand her the shake. Anyways, I asked her for her to deliver it and she saidshe would not do that. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. We loved this place when it started at the gas station in South Beach. But... now they've expanded and became really bad. I'm... here at 10:30 AM and they are sold out of orange juice. And grapefruit juice. And a few other morning items. Staff doesn't speakEnglish well enough to understand a question involving a word "granola". The food (Acai bowl) is a bunch of red ice with almostno fruit or anything else to eat. Horrible! Never again! Read more

Let me tell you. Read the real reviews on Yelp. This is a horrible and expensive establishment with mediocre food at best. The... people here don?t know a thing about Customer Service. I took a coworker here who found hair in her ice cream bar. Gross! Andthey will ignore you and treat you with no respect.
