Ordered and paid from the kiosk and then the cashier yelled at me because they were out of an item . I told her you should... update the kiosk , I don't know what you are out if stock. And she just kept telling they didn't have i showed my receipt andasked for a refund. She said only a manager could do that and he wasn't available. Then give me a reasonable substitute.Shebegrudgingly did telling me that they don't normally handle it that way. Well either my money or a fair equivalent consideringthe issue was theirs not mine. Maybe the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. It was dirty throughout the restaurant. Only the ladies restroom was in order.... And I was told it was terrible. Dirty and full of waste. The service was lousy too. She who took the order was so unhelpfulthat I think her eyes rolled around 3 times whe she had to do something "extra". Besides that the tables and chairs was dirtyit was also very few seating options in this location. Would definitely not visit this place again! It's better to walk 15-20minutes to another location. This lady should not work with customers. She is the most rude person that I?ve ever have in a place like this. I tryied to make... an order but she was always ignoring me and the restaurant was not even busy. After 10 min ignoring, i asked why she didn?t wantto take my order and she replies with no even seeing at my face that it was service only for ubers. I asked why and she left noteven answering me. ATTENTION TO DETAIL TERRIBLE!!! It's McDonalds usually a hit or miss. Last time was the last time I eat this garbage. The nuggets were uneatable and the fries... came out cold. If you go later in the night to this location they have a set menu that is crazy over priced and clearly the foodcomes out nasty. No thank you rather spend my $20 elsewhere. Read more
