We usually like going here because the food is good. And we do understand the 22% mandatory tip for delivering however what we... do not understand is that we are being charged a 18% service charge for PICK UP?!?! The girl claimed this was introduced bymanagement but I think she lied and just chose that tip and then claimed that this is how management wants it. Servers are ILLEGALLY adding tips to checks when delivering. There are no delivery fees when delivering to the building;... however, the servers are taking it upon themselves to decide how much you should tip them without even letting you know and youwon't find out unless you see your receipt, which they do not even offer (wonder why...) They added an almost 45% tip to mycheck without consent nor warning and rudely asked to return the food if I wanted my money back. La Piscine is undoubtedly the best spot of South Beach! We enjoyed the Tuesday Tacos so much! My favorites were the ones with... the chimichurri sauce and the prawns.
