My experience was very unwelcoming. I first spoke to a receptionist named Joe who blatantly ignored me and assisted 2 other... guests who didn?t have a reservation just like me, the only difference was our skin tone. Another receptionist came and her namewas Mora, beautiful service and treated us with the greatest care. We wanted to take the food to go and she found us a server,Mac that actually seated us and brought us our food. Please reevaluate the people you hire because the receptionists are thefirst and last face of your restaurant and as an business owner I wouldn?t want my guest to feel unwelcomed at a five star hotelwe expect more from. Food, drinks, and service were better than expected for a beach side Miami resort. You definitely pay to be here, appreciate the... quality food. Enjoyed the Miami vice to put you in vacation mode, octopus was good, burrata salad was beautiful anddelicious. Far better when Hilton ran the Fontainebleau. Towers level breakfast with mangos and papayas. Fantastic food in penthouse 5 to 7... pm reception. Service was so good they were treating you like royalty. What happened ? Oh well, things change. This was myfavorite Hotel. Guess it's time to stay at The Eden Roc.
