Joe and the Juice (or 'The Juice and I', as I like to call it) is one of the very few businesses in South Beach where the... customer service is CONSISTENTLY good, no matter who's working. They even memorized my name after just a few visits! :). I'vehad the coffee (just regular drip coffee with cream/sugar, no foo-foo stuff lol), sandwiches, and a couple different smoothies,and they've all been very good. Highly recommended. Read more

I usually love to order my food from there but I already noticed last week that my avocado in the avocado sandwich was coming... with the skin. Which is not a nice taste at all. Also I had paid for Cacao Nibs in my shake and they were not added. Never mind,mistakes happen. That?s what I told myself. But Yesterday I ordered on Uber Eats, 7? later m order was in my hands except ? itwas stale. I almost threw up after my first bite. Then I opened the sandwich and I was really disgusted and disappointed to seethat they would actually put a rotten avocado in somebody?s meal. That should not happen. And once again, there was someskin. Its a real lack of commitment to basic food quality standards. Almost made me wonder did they take a discarded sandwichout from the trash to complete that order ? It didn?t look good or taste good I couldn?t eat it. And then I had to go on mywhole shift without a meal. Read more
Love this particular location a lot more then the other Miami are ones and I love this location more than the NYC locations!!... The staff here especially in the morning are super polite, customer service here is definitely priority and I really appreciatedit! I had the pleasure of being served the first time by Diane ( maybe Diana? ) she was wonderful! We Please start out our orderof two spicy tuna?s and they were fantastic Diane had someone bring out our order to us outside on the couches area!! The insideis a whole vibe! Great aesthetics!! From The great seating and pillows to the photo library book shelf wall on the side! Thenext couple of times I came to visit unfortunately I didn?t grab the young lady?s name but she did work a couple of morningsback to back while I was there September 3rd and a couple of more times and she was there at opening time!! I loved being thefirst customer!! I definitely recommend grabbing a quick bite here or a coffee or maybe a natural smoothie! The options reallyare endless! Great alternative to the regular Starbucks. But with an emphasis on raw juices! Still great coffee too. Sandwiches and bakery... goods too. Cool place to relax, read, bring your laptop, work, study, etc. Read more
Another beautiful Joe & the Jucie location. I really enjoyed the smoothie I ordered, unfortunately the service was very slow.... For some reason there was only one person working during g the busy rush hour morning time. I feel they should have at least onemore person in staff to help out with faster orders. Overpriced fresh juice I ordered called sexy something. First ingredient on menu is passion fruit , then apple and lastly... ginger. Watched the guy make it and it was 5 or 6 little cheap grocery store bagged apples and HALF a passion fruit and a tinybit of ginger ... with a ridiculous price tag of nearly $10 with tax. Save your money. I understand it is Miami Beach and thingsare expensive like rent whatever but that is a hi-way robbery for basically apple juice. Never again will I be ripped off likethat and you should save your money too. Read more
