We were exited support a local black owned business. However, it disappointed. We were greeted by what appeared to be the... proprietor and her two twin sons. After basic chit chat, we ordered the wings and it took quite a while to come out even thoughwe were literally the only ones there. It was hot in the restaurant and the waitress turned the solo and dirty fan somewhat inour direction which did help a bit. The food finally came out but the wings were too salty with fries which were nothingspecial. We we only able to get overpriced bottled water and no ice. The waitress never came back over to check in once theorder was delivered. The proprietor was on the telephone when we left and never said thank you or stop talking as we exited.I’ve had much better wings and customer service elsewhere. We do live in Houston. This is the best fried chicken I've had I Miami! Don't let me get started on the gizzards and French fries which are also so... freaking tasty too! I don't like French fries but I like the ones from Harold's! I love all the Chicago decor, art, and lovefor the city that you feel when sitting in this space! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! We ordered delivery in Miami and it was the worst food ever!! I ordered the gizzards and wing combo.... The gizzards we so hard you could break a tooth.
