Why 2 stars? Ice cream is good and we all know it right? but service was NOT great! We asked for a regular cup ( meaning NO... cone) with JUST 1 scoop, but the lady gave us 2 scoops on a big cup. Her english is NOT good at all ( not her fault, I know sheis just trying to make a living) and because of that, she got defensive instead of helping the clients. Attitude is ALL if youare the face if a business. She is alone and trying to serve 10 people at a time. Definitely NOT coming back! Read more
Definitely a good milkshake, icream and smoothies. The guy who served us was really in a good mood and we had a good service,... there was a line up, but it was still quick to get what we wanted. The prices are obviously on the higher side. Read more
As is the case with most chain restaurant style places the quality is on par with other locations. We got the order fast and it... was delicious! Word of the wary, on Lincoln road look to the skies above. There are birds. They will relieve themselves. It WILLland directly on your whipped cream...it happened to me it can happen to you. I know this is just an ice cream shop but you should really hire nicer and more human people. I just walked in with my 5 year... old daughter cause she was extremely thirsty and wanted water so I kindly ask for a plastic cup with tap water and thiswoman(blonde middled aged) didn?t want to give us a cup of tap water. She said she can?t. I understand you guys only want tocater to actual customers but it?s just common sense when you see someone with a child that?s thirsty and simply asks for aglass of tap water.
