Quality ice cream, at a premium price - expensive. This location is convenient?however I?m hoping others receive better... attentiveness and service than we did. The server was not very welcoming to anyone I saw them serve - also did not try to engageor provide suggestions. At least they were trying to work and not stay home?but more training is needed for this team member. Read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. For for first 5 minutes I was ignored while the worker did chores. She the. Said NOT A SINGLE WORD to me... for our transaction . Very rude and considering the price I expected a little more. The folks that came in afterward weretreated just as badly. This is her in the back room while customers wait. Fast, friendly service and very extensive selection of ice creams. Bonus is that they're open until 11PM right next to plaza... fountains. Expensive but worth it. Read more
The attendent tryed to take advantage... he prepared the order first and said the price was the same for the cones and than he... added to the check 3 ice creams "because the cashier don't have the option to add" instead of 2 ice creams. He formally robbedus today 10/202022 01:40 pm. Read more
