Spent $100 after arriving at Fontainebleau on July 9th, 2019. Majority of our food order was good. Waited extremely long for our... order. I asked one of the workers if she knew the status of my order and she just hunched her shoulders and said she don?t know.I asked her if she could find out and she IGNORED me. I asked for her manager and she just pointed at the guy. At the same timehe called my husbands name for our order. Since the place was over crowded we grabbed our food and went back to our room. Tofind out that both my husband and I chicken breast sandwiches were dry and did not have bacon which it suppose to have. Inaddition, they gave us both fries when I asked for a salad with my sandwich. I am highly disappointed in the service and foodfor this to be my first time eating at Fresh. Amazing time this past weekend at the FBH but better was the bakery right before pool exit that not only had the best Roasted... Portobello red Pepper panini and the best manager that accommodated our request at all cost. We ate there breakfast, lunch anddessert time. The cherry cheesecake gelato is spectacular haven?t seen it anywhere else before. All employees were so kind andgreet you with a smile. The manager Carlos was not only helpful but also made sure our ice cream experience was very enjoyable this past weekend. The... kids loved the funny jokes but loved the gelatos even more! Not only did he make a positive impact but also our food runnerCristian made us a priority at the poolside with my huge family of 20 he was constantly checking in on us to make sure if weneeded anything! Food ok, but defenitely overpriced and staff doesn?t understand their own system of who does which task.
Food was ok, though a bit slow. Couldn't accept cash because they were closing soon, (They weren't closed) not sure if that's... common in the us.. but it's weird where I live. If you are open and usually take cash, you take cash. Wouldn't be rising back. Read more
