Ok, let's get this straight. This place has one of the best burger in America. I am trying any other burger joint I can, all... the time, and this one is at the top of the chart. I took a Fat Ronnie burger, medium well cooking, added olives, pickles,jalapeno, bell peppers, honey mustard sauce and chipotle sauce. That's it. And boom. The meat was perfectly cooked, the bunwas literally the best I have tried anywhere. Next time I think I would add just a very small drop of bbq sauce to give a tinnylight bit of smoke to it. The burger was tasty, BUT pricey. It is an average American fast food place -I was just walking around looking to have something... fast-. 2 burgers, 2 sides, 2 drinks + tax and tip = $80. It was good but you can find better places close by and pay that. Read more
I like this place a lot! I come here often, mostly for takeout or to visit the bar. It?s an underrated place because of how... quiet it can be. I think many tend to eat indoors or take out because of the weather. They have the best fries. They?re crispyand savory. They give you a generous amount. The burgers I?ve previously had were always juicy, thick, almost too big! Theydefinitely put me in a food coma. I?ve even had the veggie burger which is their own patty made of beans and sweet potatoes.Recently I tried their fish and chips which was cod. It was crispy and seasoned to the max! Delicious. This was our second successful Uber eats purchase. We got a little hungry later in the evening. Luckily Fat Ronnie?s is open... until 11. Not a huge selection of burgers, but you are able to add sauces and topics which leaves limitless possibilities. Thereare also other delicious options on the menu. The food arrived quickly and warm. Burgers were wrapped in aluminum foil to makesure they stayed hot. The fries weren?t as hot, but were crispy and delicious. I had a fat Ronnie and added guacamole andchipotle to mine. I think this burger is a great value because you?re able to add guacamole for free. Most places give an upcharge. My wife got portobello on hers, also no charge. Overall great value for what you get. More importantly, the burger wasfriggin delicious. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I tasted the juices pouring out of every bite. The guacamole on top ofwas creamy and smooth. There was so much I was able to take a spoonful and tasted by itself. It was better than some Mexicanrestaurants Guacamole. Huge surprise. Just an amazing experience at Fat Ronnie?s . THE LOBSTER ROLL IS AMAZING! Worth every penny! They put ALOT of lobster on this roll. (I actually ate a few pieces off before... taking this picture.) The lightly sweet toasted roll they put it on is good as well. The onion rings are really good too. Thatyellow sauce you see didn?t come with the food. It?s Chick-fil-A Sauce and it goes GREAT with the lobster roll and the onionrings. Highly recommended. Read more
Whether you live in South Beach or you are visiting on vacation, add Fat Ronnie?s Burger Bar to your list of places to try. I am... giving this 5 stars because the burger and fries were delicious and I can?t give it 4.5 stars. The reason for the half starreduction is the ordering process. It is weird. You order the burger and then sit down. They call you when it?s ready and you goto the counter to choose the toppings. It would make more sense for them to have you select your toppings before sitting downand they can assemble the burger when the meat is done. Besides that quirk, it?s a great burger. The price is justified by thesize and flavors. They really do a great job. It?s well seasoned and juicy. The fries are perfect. The service was slightlyabove average, but nothing to reduce the start rating. I?ll definitely visit again. Read more
Bomb as* food ! Food was made to order. Great seasoning and portion size. Price points were slightly above average but would say... worth it! You can add your own toppings to burgers - like a salad bar which was new fun thing! Only annoying thing is we have topay .50¢ per side of dipping sauces - we did get tenders and fries, I feel they should be complimentary with those veryuniversal dippable food options! Good burger here. I like the build your own whatever here. Many toppings and sides to choose from. Make YOUR burger whatever you... want! I wasn?t toooo crazy about the wings..
