The website didn't say we had to make reservations for the inside. We drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there then it started... to rain. The mangers were rude af and tried to make us sit outside in the rain. Luckily another family finished and we were ableto sit down (in the wet chairs) . The rainbow burgers were hard. Our waitress was so nice. All the other food we had was good. Read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER Will I dine at this place again.. We ordered several entrees at 10:30 pm, (to go) to which we were told it was... not too late. We ordered a meat lover's pizza and they gave us a pepperoni pizza. We ordered Carne asada, they charged us36.00, and what we got looked like beef liver. We called back the same night and no one answered. The next morning we calledagain, spoke to the "manager ". We took the food back and the lies spread to the West Coast! First, he said we didn't call thatnight because he checked the call log. Then the server said when we called we didn't say anything on the line. Now, did we callor did we not call??!!! Next he said we ordered a Supreme pizza. Nope, meat lover's. When I provided the receipt they began tospeak in their native language. What a farce! Don't get me started on the Carne asada. The menu item should have cost us $13.Poor quality, management, and customer service. Stay away!!! Read more

This review DOES NOT reflect El Dorado as an establishment! I gave this a one-star review because my fiance and I were super... excited to experience this restaurant and when we arrived learned the information listed here on Google is for the Sugar Factoryand apparently this restaurant is no longer open in Miami. Unfortunately it took a long uncomfortable walk to make thisdiscovery so please be informed that this information has not been updated for accuracy. Read more

Gougers. Had dinner 2/10/2020. Chicken taquitos appetizer ($15) and shrimp tacos ($26). Two beers ($11 each).Should have... been$68. The bill was $87. They added almost $20 in various "taxes" and a service fee of @20%. Came to $87.00 The waiter saidthe service fee was for the house, not him. I asked for the manager and told him I didn't agree to pay the restaurant a servicefee. He wouldn't budge and when I got hot he offered to cal the police if I refused to pay. I paid and added a tip for thewaiter, who was very nice and embarrassed when he had to explain the "service charge".. The mediocre bar food cost $100, This isblatant thievery. Read more

I have no idea how this place has four stars plus. Simply some of the worst Mexican food I've had anywhere, ever. Asked for a... skinny spicy margarita, ended up getting Sunny D with some tequila and jalapenos. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other betterestablishments to eat at. Read more

I?ve been dying to come to El Dorado from following on IG, and it not disappoint! My server Oriana was super welcoming and... accommodating in explaining the menu, we were given a lot of information about the nights promotion. I came for a Day of thedead and shared an order of chicken nachos with my best friend. We also ordered the Guava Tiki Chiki drink as well! Because ofthe Day of the Dead?s festivities, we were given a sample of the watermelon margarita, also referred to as the Smoky Volcanomargarita which was delicious! The music was very lively and the the violin player definitely added to a successful dinner. Ihighly recommend El Dorado! Read more
