Good food that is relatively quick and the food bowls are reasonably priced. The staff here is consistently slow which is a... little frustrating. It takes unnecessarily long to complete an order. This isn't just a one-time instance. It is literally everytime I go there ???? In part to avoid this, I wish that there were an app, or way to possibly order ahead online :/ I frequentthis place often as it is close by, but I would frequent here even more, if such an option existed... The restaurant lacksvariety in their available drink options, which is another missed opportunity in my opinion. The restaurant is relatively smallin size, but understandably so. It mostly caters to take out orders, but there is some indoor seating available. You can seatyourself after placing an order, but know that seating is limited... Overall, the place is exactly what you would expect of ato-go restaurant specializing in food bowls...offering quick, good tasting, relatively healthy food options. **Pro tip** Theyhave the BEST brownies, individually packaged, and in a jar near the registers. I was really disappointed with both bowls I got. I picked, up and both sauces were missing for one bowl, and neither of pitas we... ordered made it into the bag. In addition, the bowls were 95% rice, and while the chicken was really tasty, I?ve never gotten solittle protein at comparable places. I live nearby so was hoping this would be great. I?m not sure if this was an off night, soI would give this place one more try since it?s convenient for me, but my first experience was really below average. Read more
We were towed from the lot by Beach Towing while ordering food from Chicken Kitchen on Alton Road. Tried to reason with the... towing company... even showed them our receipt and bag of food togo from Chk Kitch, but they made us pay to get our car backanyway claiming that the side of the lot we were parked on was not for Chicken Kitchen customers even though there were no signsto indicate anything like this and none of the spaces were marked. On principle, I would sue everyone involved but I simply donot have the time or the patience. Will instead boycott any business in that "B&B Plaza" shopping center on Alton & 15thstarting with Chicken Kitchen. Read more

I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the healthy food options! I get the Mexican bowl which is very filling. However the... small bowl is 9$ when their competition across the street (Pollo Tropical) is selling the same for $5. Kind of hard to pay morefor the same thing, however it is really good. What can I say? I JUST LOVE THEIR CHICKEN! Did you know this is the original "Chop Chop" bowl? Chicken Kitchen exists long... before Pollo Tropical which adapted this style of serving healthy fast food long after Chicken Kitchen entered the market. Ilove their sauces better than any other place. Great price range and great KETO option! I always recommend it to my clientsfrom out of town that need a quick healthy bite and the always walk satisfied. Read more
I ordered uber eats and my drink was missing and my Mexican chop was missing the chicken! It was just veggies and rice.
