Definitely worth the wait! Plan a head reservations are few and far but overall the experience adds to the anticipation that it... held. Lobster ravioli was my selection and I was very impressed with how delicious it was. Drinks were very tasty and thedessert (not pictured because it went home with me) we?re out of this world. Please make sure you try one. They also gave anamazing spread for an appetizer which include breads veggies and meats and aged cheese. Decor and music really brought it alltogether. WORTH IT! a very delightful experience. the ambience is neat, the service impeccable and the dishes? Well, amazing. service was great, our... waiter Nick was very professional, yet he made experience so much better. The food is amazing. We ordered prosciutto andmozzarella, spicy rigatoni and veal parmigiana?. It was delicious and we were stuffed by the time the last dish came out. Hands down the best Italian food I?ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home! Everything here is good,... you can?t go wrong with anything.. the price is very justifiable and it?s worth every penny. Excellent Italian restaurant with a fairly extensive menu and decent staff. The fifth star is missing as we didn?t find that the... staff lived up to the reputation of the restaurant. We tried appetizers, main courses, ans desserts. All were excellent andprepared very well, also very appealing to the eye. The wine list is very good but we were unlucky to find that some of ourrequested wines were sold out. The alternatives were just fine though. The restaurant and bar also feature a good beerselection, including craft beers, and of course any cocktails you might care for. The interior is very nice and it is possibleto have some privacy if you have a business dinner. We had a table outside and it was a pleasant experience. The view to andfrom the road is blocked by plants, and we liked that very much. We can highly recommend a visit to Restaurant Carbone. Read more
If you follow restaurants then you know the hype surrounding this restaurant, both in New York and and this newer location in... Miami. I can confirm that the hype is well deserved, and the Miami location deserves high praise on all aspects of ambiance,service and cuisine. Having said that, the reason I couldn?t give it 5 stars is that, while it?s ?Italian? food, it?s stillthe Americanized version of it, with a tendency towards too much sauce, cheeses and flavors instead of what true Italian foodis, which relies on simplicity and elegance in its components and presentation. Absolutely delicious dinner! It is a pricey one. We spent a little over $300 for 2 people. But the food and service are... outstanding. Definitely recommend at least once. The lamb and breads are top notch. The parking can be a bit difficult. Theyprovide valet, but it is a lot more than curbside parking, so keep that in mind. Other than that, enjoy an amazing meal in abeautiful ambience. Read more
Absolutely amazing!!! Service was exceptional. Cove was a fantastic server and had a fantastic personality. Everything was done... professionally and with a nice touch. All the food, from the bread, to cured meats, to the salad, seafood and pastas was to diefor. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. Only issue, valet is $20. Read more
