Located on Lincoln Rd Mall between the Nike & Apple stores closer to Michigan Ave. I was so excited to see this cafe as a... Capital One customer but I was a bit disappointed in the service, not welcoming or friendly at all...our drinks, however, werepretty satisfying and best of all, I was surprised to receive a discounted price as I paid with my Capital One card. The staff has been amazing and Madonna has been a great ambassador as... well as really knowledgeable and detailed in addressing my concerns and business needs. Love the concept, and really enjoy Other locations. Too bad the SOBE location is the worst one in the country. This location... has rude staff and it?s like walking back in time 2 years ago (visited 09/2022) . There are over 15 HUGE ?social distance?stickers on the ground ? Why??? even the CDC recommends that is not necessary anymore in 2022? it gives off a very weird creepydystopian vibe like you shouldn?t be in there ? not something you want to go sit down and enjoy your time at ? there are 99other coffee shops nearby that you can feel normal at. It?s just ?scare scare scare? ? well I refuse to be scared of my fellowhumans, and this is the only place in all of south Florida I have seen still clinging on to this ?be scared of everyone?approach. It?s creepy and weird. Just no. Also I asked for a latte, and got an iced coffee ? I would normally of had themswitch it out, either she?s lazy or incompetent, or both ? but the attitude from the girl at the counter doesn?t leave you withthe impression she would be cheerful to fix her error, more likely to mess with you instead. This is my first day to visit although I?ve lived here in South Beach for 2years. It is definitely cozy, spacious, and... comfortable. What a nice guy, Alenjendra! He was so kind and patient to listen to my all request. And finally, because this ismy first day as a guest of Capital one, he made my drink as a welcome one. I used to love Peets Coffee and this Capital One location is heaven! But for the second time I have a bad customer service and... my decaf coffee is NOT decaf and kept me up all night. They act like they are doing you a favor and answer people?s questions ina hurry, cutting you off as if they wanna get rid of you or giving that attitude and then make your coffee wrong!!! Some peoplejust don't get what it takes to work in hospitality. The previous round of staff was so freaking nice and in 2 years of goingthere never had to complain before, they were happy to have you and made great coffee. So I hope they can turn it around. Theyneed to get training and new management there ASAP!!! The latest round of people are HORRIBLE! I?m not going back if I see thecurrent people behind the counter.
