I am totally dissapointed with the service at this restaurant. I?ve waited for 40 minutes for my order just to get to know that... the restaurant does not have it. I asked the lady two times about my order and then after 40 minutes she said that she can?t seeit. Waste of time, waste of money. You want to compare yourself to McDonald?s, but it?s incomparable. Worst Burger King ever! Dirty and smelly restaurant, rude cashier and we got wrong food. Too bad we took take away, otherwise... the burger would have flown back over the counter. And we couldn?t order dip-sauce, because something was closed. Never again! Read more
Whopper bar was such a great experience! I was surprised to learn they sold beer. Awesome! I didn't order beer, we order two... combos "hot" and the taste and warmth of the burger was great. Robert the cashier gave great service he was friendly helpful anda very nice smile. I had a small conversation with him about the west coast since I lived there for two years. The was acustomer who was on edge for only lords knows why. However from my angle Robert was able to make her laugh and leave with asmile which upgraded my experience more. 08-01-22 review: I ordered from the up for dining in, the food was prepared quickly and tasted good. Order was prepared... correctly. They had only 2 brands of beer and no Coke/sprite (only minute made, Dr pepper, and HC. We sat at the patio tables,it was dirty, dark and quite scary. This location is falling apart. I don't understand why, they had 8 customers waiting fortheir orders and 10 in line to order. Previous review: Very good service and the food was OK. Good presentation but the forgotto remove the pickles. Bathroom was a disaster ; I understand there are too many homeless roaming Washington Ave but somethingneeds to be done. Read more

No dollar menu and you can't order regular burgers. Crispy chicken sandwich was still good. Onion rings could have been better.... Yes expect to pay more as we are right in south beach. Place open 24 hours which is perfect for late night munchies. Read more
With chains like this, it is never about the food for me. They typically deliver pretty consistently. It is about everything... else. First thing I see is absolutley NO pricing. I realize this is a moot point too as I am here because my staff needs foodand this is quick and easy. I just do not like it. The answer when I asked was "the pricing just went up." I do not see this asa reason to not show pricing. Then I got my receipt and checked to see it was correct. Now I see a "resort tax". When I askedabout that the answer was "I don't know." This was one of the managers. Then she said "you're on the strip. Everyone chargesthat." Not true and I was not near a resort. "We're not charging you, corporate is." I guess if one wants a beer with theirfast food, this is the place. Though I have read others say it wasn3that fast. Also noted others comment on no prices listed.
