Self ordering mechines down, unresponsive to touch. Multiple staffs there doesn't speak basic English - can't understand words... like "spoon", "cup lid". Had difficult time to order food from them. Washroom unavailable. Hand sanitizer dispenser notworking.. Overall just a bad experience at this location. Read more

Nasty staff. We came here after an international flight and we just wanted a bite to eat before crashing. We arrived at 10:05pm... and we were told it was no longer possible to order inside so we went to the drive (which was open until midnight). We asked ifwe could order there and we were yelled at "no car, no food". I tried to beg, saying we had spent over 3 hours to clear customsand we were starving, to no avail. Read more

The worst place I ever been all the store inside are sooo dirty and everything is messy and the tables you can sit down because... of so dirty their no customers service at all the have kids to take you the order and even that they don't speak English!!!!After all the have music on at all. If you wanna at least keep your customer you need to have some music to hear something whenhe's eating! I wouldn't go again in that place in my life! The worst experience ever! Read more

For me; BK is one of the Greatest companies ( including food companies) in the American modern times. I want to say; Managment... is about understanding the concept, and problem solving. Being a good manager is realizing, and being good to all people withdifferent income ( or even with no income; homelesss), because simply you are running a 'Fast Food Restaurant' You can't affordoffering an invironment for Rich, or Medium-income people, because, simply, you don't have it, as for Menu, and as forlogistics. Rich customers will respect you/ love to visit you more when you are good to 'Homeless people', coz it shows that youunderstand the mix of the society. Homeless people are 'Your disabled daughter in the family' , would you hide your disableddaghter from your guests? Or would you dress her good and be proud of her? Please teach your managers how to passover'Arrogance'; Chasing homeless, closing restrooms, shutting down WiFi, will not add more value to your business, or to yourmanagement record. If audience in a cinema hall is throwing too much popcorn on the floor, you don't solve it by limiting numberof audience for the show, you just assign more cleaners, or don't give cleaners other additional tasks. Inside Counter was extremely crowded and it was managed by overwhelmed staff. Took 20 minutes just to order. They really need to... staff appropriately for the Lunch Hour Rush. Read more

This is a very friendly fast paced restauraunt located on 5th street in Miami Beach Florida. It is remodled and has the... character of newly modled Burger King stores. Its curtious staff will take your order or you may place one using their automatedservices. Read more

The location is great, however it was not very clean, lots of homeless just chilling inside casually, lol. Overfried chicken... fingers, mozarella sticks are not recommended. The classic Whopper and impossible Whopper were good though. Very slow serviceat the register when you order. Restrooms are filthy, not coming back here for sure. Read more
