Beware of this location. The ice is old and frost bitten. They over charge for everything.

Yesterday, my friends and stopped by Ben & Jerry's as we wanted ice cream. However, we did not expect to encounter such rudeness... from the lady behind the counter. She was extremely rude and condescending. After our very disappointing encounter, we went toHaagen Dazs on Lincoln Rd. Much better experience as they actually know how to treat their clientele. Located on the Lincoln road, on the main Street. The place is easily noticable in the moving traffic, easy to get in and get... out. It's a beautiful store and friendly guys. Like any typical Ben&Jerry's lots of great collection of flavorful icecream,sorbet to choose from. Parking could be a challenge during busy hours - either on street or paid public parking space could behard to find. Close to the walking place with lot of beautiful sculpture, artwork and great restaurants. Read more

Ice cream really has gotten expensive.bit was ok but for the price we could have gotten more ice cream!
