Great food, relaxing music, efficient and smiley staff. It seems though that mid august is very quiet and the DJ only came on at... 4PM. Read more

If you are at the beach and there is no other place to eat at, that would be the only reason to eat there. Even though the... decor is kinda cool, the place is overpriced yet the food menu is very limited. Not yummy either. They take reservations, yetclose at 8. Not worth the drive. Read more

I liked the drinks and the food but the service has to improve. The napkins were very stained and the barcode for the menu it... wasnt working. We asked for a menu on paper but the didn't any other option. I understand they are Eco friendly place but theyshould have a plan B when the barcode doesn't work. The first waiter talk to us while she has looking at her phone and it wasvery rude. Then, other waiter take our table I don't know why. Anyone told us nothing about it but his service was a lot better. Read more

Don't go here. My friend and I were really looking forward to going here for lunch. We were running 5 minutes late and tried to... call but no one picked up. You also have to go all the way around the huge hotel to the back to get in, which they don't tellyou. The hostesses were rude, and sat us in an undesirable location when literally no one was there. There's a reason no one wasthere. The vibe was so off we got up and left without ordering. The waiter was sweet and I felt bad leaving. No one acknowledgedus when we left so clearly they don't care. Nikki Beach has a better vibe and is worth it. You're better off spending your moneyat a million other places. Read more

I've walked past in the past (I'm a resident of Miami Beach) and had a friend in town staying at a hotel nearby and wanted to... get together for a drink. I had seen the sandwich board advertising a golden hour menu that's open to the public and decided totry it out with him. Well, I was shocked about several things. Firstly, that the golden hour was also in effect on theweekend. Nice! I booked the table, and when I got there was treated exceptionally well by a manager and our waiter. Both werevery attentive and caring. The venue was beautiful (I've seen the area transform over the years). The vibe was chill, the DJwas good. Actually, the DJ was great too. The music was good, but not too loud where you couldn't have a conversation. Weordered several drinks, which were strong, yet well balanced. A busser kept our water glasses filled on a hot, and humid Miamiafternoon. We also ordered the tacos and sliders. They arrived quickly and were delicious. Might still be a "bit pricey", butfor the location and atmosphere, willing to over look it. Had a very good time, and will be back with more friends in the nearfuture. Read more

Amazing secret hideaway at the 1. Expensive but worth it. Vegan menu options and most amazing atmosphere. Service is fantastic.

Had lunch here on a Friday with a girlfriend and we were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was great but that is to be... expected with 1 hotel. It had very Tulum vibe great music but was really nice was that it is very open and all outdoors. Withthe pandemic this felt very safe lots of distance between seating. Now the food was absolutely delicious we had the chilledlobster with drawn butter, the mezz platter, grilled tiger prawns, ceviche and fried soft shell crab. All were perfectly cookedand full of flavor! Our server Bianca was very sweet and knowledgeable about the food. We were surprised with how fairly new therestaurant is with smooth the service was. The manager even stopped by to welcome us even though the place was pretty busy.Definitely our new weekend spot! Read more
