Quite possibly the worst Domino's I have ever had. The pizza was shaped at a medium size because they failed to toss the dough... correctly, I almost wondered if it was deep dish. The pizza itself was not cut at all so we had to tear the pieces apart. It'sjust unfortunate. Read more
Always super nice employees pizza is ok but for the price you just can't complain much.
So, I've had Domino's employees tell me how their drivers never get tips, on three different occassions. So, since management is... not teaching their drivers how tips work and that you earn a tip through exceptional customer service beyond the standard, whichis the whole point of a tip, I'll explain what was wrong with my order tonight and why I didn't tip the driver. First, when Iwas transferred to the store, they answered the phone and hung up. Second, the driver called me to verify my address and as soonas I verified he hung up on me. Third, they gave me the wrong pizza. Fourth, they didn't even bring $20 worth of change likethey said on the phone and didn't even have enough to give me all my change back, so I had to just eat the rest or be even moreof a double and have them go to the store and back. I've tipped a driver $30 there before, but that was back when the store hadgood management and customer service. Sadly this is the only Domino's in town and the only place in town other than pizza hut(who I highly recommend at this point) where you can get delivery and pay with cash. Although these seem to be small issues, butthey all add up and my total experience was so horrible, to the point where I decided to do my first review ever and finally saywhy nobody tips the drivers. I called to order a pizza and chicken wings. Everything seemed fine but the worker hanged up on me after asking for my address,... name for order, etc. I thought maybe they hanged up because they already had our order so I didn?t call back. About an hour anda half later I called back and turns out they never placed my order. It was a different worker that answered the phone but shehung up on me as well. Overall the workers are rude. Never ordering from here again. Read more
