I ordered from here today with eight wings flavored as Original Hot and Spicy Korean, two chicken tenders flavored as Hawaiian,... fries with extra lemon pepper seasoning, a large drink and a brownie. The wings and chicken tenders were okay, I feel as thoughthere could've been "more" flavor to them as I've tasted these flavors from other stores and I thought they lacked that flavor atad, but otherwise they were cooked well and decent. The fries didn't seem like they had extra lemon pepper seasoning, it seemedpretty normal, but otherwise decent. Then I tried the brownie and it was... so bland. The chocolate chips were the only thingthat had any flavor. I checked the package and discovered it was labeled 9/26. I was told by someone who works at a (different)Wingstop that this means the brownie's expirdation date, and not just that, but brownies are typically made three days beforethe expiration date! So they gave me a 6 day old brownie. I immediately threw that out but that's absolutely abhorrent of them,completely justifying the current 2.4 star rating of this store. Read more
After ordering online the food never got to me. After I called them they refused to give me a refund and just stole my money.... These thieves should be in jail. Avoid giving them money if you do not want to get robbed. Read more
I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give negative starts. These people stole my money and never delivered the food. I called... them and Doordash who supposedly was going to deliver the food and nobody wants to take the responsibility. I guess I paidWingstop and Doordash for the driver to eat my food. The customer service was disrespectful and didn't care one bit. I'm neverbuying from this place again and I suggest that you do the same. These people don't care about the customer once they take yourmoney. Wingstop are thieves and deserve to go to jail. Read more
Made a $70 dollar order and never delivered to my house. Door dash and wing stop both were called and each said that the other... side was in the fault. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered today an order of 65 dollars with delivery and the food never got home. When I call asking why is the food not home when... they took my money, they say is not their problem that it should be Doordash who gives me a refund. Doordash say it is Wingstopwho should give me the refund. No one wants to solve the issue. Worst experience ever when ordering food. Don't waste your moneyor time with these scammers. Never been here before but wanted a late meal after shopping with a friend. We got the 10 piece with the garlic parm and hot... siracha flavors w fries. The flavors were good but the chicken itself is Not seasoned. I need the meat to be seasoned. Theflavors would go along way if it was. The fries were good. We ate in as we didn't want it to get cold, but we ended up being thecold ones as in there is freezing! That is unbearably cold and should be adjusted as the eating area is very small; no need forsuch cold settings. Read more
I've had a good overall experience from this place. Ive never had a problem from here and in fact have had a better overall... experience than the next closest wingstop from here. I walk in and the place feels far cleaner than other wingstops Ive been to.Since the place is new I imagine management is trying to get things in order as everytime I have went people are learning how toman the registers. For being new, I think they are doing just fine and hope they keep up with the cleanliness of the place. Onelast thing I would like to note is that they tend to prioritize mobile orders over in store orders meaning if you enter with nomobile order you will be waiting 20 or more minutes for your wings.
