I placed an order online with option to pay inside. Waited an hour. Got there and it wasn't made. Manager lied and said the... site said so much. Except I have a confirmation and direction to see cashier for order. I'm forced to pay now and wait another45 minutes. The online ordering system is flawed if you want sauces on the side or extra sauces for cost. When you call to talk to the... people at the store they are rude all the way up to management level. They say to call to put in special requests for the flawedonline ordering system, but fail to deliver the sauces on the sides. Because they don?t have direct delivering aut they do notcare about the issues. $50 for wings and cold fries without the sauces that should accompany it is disrespectful. I have thembenefit of the doubt. But this is the third time it?s happened. I loved wing stop. I?m lost revenue from a repeatcustomer. Sean the manager at 152 is the rudest person amd hung up on me. If there was a negative 1 star, I would choose it. I ordered lemon pepper wings and received butter wings with no seasoning. ... It was horrible and the flats were in really bad condition. When you pay as much as they charge for these wings, you expectquality. This was very disheartening and there's no care in the packaging as well. I was extremely disappointed. Read more
