AS A REGULAR CUSTOMER YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD LOOK OUT FOR YOUR ORDER BUT I GUESS IN MIAMI THEY MAKE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS... SEEM IMPOSSIBLE. I GOT CHARGED FOR MY ORDER AND DID NOT RECIEVE 1 SINGLE ITEM CORRECT, IDK IF THESE PEOPLE ARE HIGH AS HELL ONTHE JOB BUT THIS IS A CONSTANT THING, HOW DO YOU CONFUSE WINGS WITH FRIES? To Whoever is picking up the phones at this locationfrom the hours of 12:00 pm needs to be fired, the woman on the phone told me to go to the store so that we can have analtercation instead of trying to resolve the issue so whoever is answering the phones needs to be checked mentally becauseobviously they?re not functioning right enough to take orders. I flew into Miami for one night, and encountered this Wing-Stop that gave me the nastiest fries I have ever eaten. Ordered a... large seasoned fries, half the fries were not done, and they tasted like old potato. Called the Wing-Stop and the employeesasked me to return the fries. On top of that, she told me to contact Uber Eats or Door Dash who delivered my food to let themknow my food was incorrect. My food was not incorrect, Wing-Stop did not cook the fries right through. To top it off, theemployee had an attitude, and slammed the receiver when hanging up the phone. I spent $38, for that type of food and service.It?s like they hired employees from crack houses or from pig sty?s. No sort of customer service training is required to workhere I am sure. As long as you can move your hands, feet, you are HIRED! Do not visit this Wing-Stop! I should have taken thewarning when I saw a 1.5 stars. STAY AWAY! Read more

I just had the most worst experience here ever. I?m going about my business, doing my job, which is Uber eats, and the one way... that they have there is required for no one to really sit there so other vehicles can pass through. And as I was leaving withthe order, there was a vehicle sitting in the way. I politely asked if they could move their vehicle out of the way. They cameout very rude to me,. told me I have to just back up and move my car. I couldn?t even believe how they could?ve have the cursityor decency to move out of the way like everybody who sits there does. I went to go inside to the manager, but they just actedlike the was no reason to even speak to me. So now I will be reporting this restaurant to their HR department. There was noreason why I had to report anything, but seeing what steps I had to take, it?s obvious this place is very unprofessional. In amatter fact, this restaurant is very disgusting. I get Uber eats order from here all the time and the smell in the restaurantsmells like the place never gets cleaned. It smells like old dirty rags, the floors are always dirty. The attitudes of all the staff here are horrible, especially this woman. Ignoring customers while looking at their phones, being... blatantly rude when they do decide to address customers, and just overall stank demeanors in the place. The fries taste likethey were made in grease that needed to be changed 2 days ago. The chicken barely had any sauce or flavoring on them. DoorDashdrivers were lined up out the door to get food because of the ignoring and attitudes of the staff mentioned above. Yo seriously!?.........no customer service. I went up to the counter after not being greeted & mentioned about my... order....immediately the female had an attitude, walks slows to get my order, & then reads out my name & says it wrong, Icorrect her by saying it correctly & she says "need to learn how to spell" really!! To a customer!, it's sad because it be yourown people...I'm 100% sure I spell my own name correctly she just read it wrong!....this location definitely needs some help &training,....I wanted to confront her but at the sametime, it wasn't worth it! Went to this location to place a to go order. The two ladies in the front are extremely rude. I?m not one to leave reviews but... this place should either close or hire all new staff. I didn?t have high expectations walking in there other than just somedecency. Couldn?t even get that. I was asking questions about the menu and the young lady up front hardly even wanted to answerme and gave me a really bad attitude. I got sick of the attitude, she started cussing at me. Eventually after the yelling backand forth with this girl I tell her I simply want a refund. They don?t deserve my business anymore. She goes to get themanager.. I wait about 10 minutes for him to come out.. when he does he doesn?t say a word to me. Doesn?t ask if everything wasokay, if he could help me with anything. Simply takes my card processes it and gives it back. I didn?t waste my time explainingto him how poor I was treated because nothing would have been done considering he?s the exact same way. If this place can haveas many bad reviews about the girls attitude as it does and they still work there, then there was no point in wasting my breath.Did want to leave a note here for other people considering stopping by though.
