I placed my order online got to the store and was treated poorly. I watched 1 hour of people being turned away for service they... were greeted with it will be a 35 min wait. Finally after 1 hour wait I received my food only for the chicken to be spoiledsmelled awful. We ended up tossing the food away. There was no ice for the drinks just a disaster! What an experience! Mind youthey must have ran out of food because they were taking fries and chicken out of winndixie bags . I?ve been to wing stop manytimes but never to one like this! The store closes an hour earlier than the sign on the door; I was told that management will not change it. In addition every... time I walk in they tell me that it will be 30 minutes to 45 minutes wait time and they never answer the phone for call inorders because supposedly the phone is ?broken? The food always tastes good but getting it requires too much effort. meanwhilethey have two tables full of DoorDash orders with no one picking them up something is wrong with this picture. When i walked in i had to wait for the two workers to be done with their personal conversation and then after they both walk... away and took their time coming to take my order. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and fries they were hard and over cooked. Myfries were cold, my drink was the only thing that tasted good. Very unprofessional staff no class or manners.
