I order by mobile app, got there ask me to park and 40 min later I had to go down through the window cause I saw all cars going... before me. She takes pride... in her work beyond the norm, as if it were her own franchise location. Ana displays the professionalism that any customerservice driven organization should appreciate, and she does it all with a smile ????. Good location, fresh food and friendly service. The original chicken sandwich is probably the best fast food chicken sandwich... out there. They also have several large satisfying salads, which none of the other popular fast foods drive-throughs offer. Read more
My first time here since I saw it opened cashier... asked me what sauce I said BBQ. Waited another 35 minutes or so and didn?t... get sauce and then girl in the back with attitude said she gave me a drink... when the whole time standing there I didn?trecieve a drink....the drink was given to the customer after me. Awful service. When we walked in, the employees were talking to each other and ignored us until we asked if there was anyone... working. Then the young woman who took our order entered the wrong item, and she told us that once it's entered, it couldn't bedeleted, and we had to buy that. I don't know if that's laziness or incompetence, but it's ridiculous. On top of that, the men'sbathroom was revolting. We walked out and went to another location. Read more
