This is the second time this particular Wendy?s location has attempted to steal money from me. They either don?t show the total... on the order box and wait to tell you at the window, in which they tell you a higher price, like they did to me today; or theytell you the correct price, but when they swipe your card, they charge a higher amount, like they also did to me the very firsttime I visited this store a month ago. And the only reason I caught them both times, is because I don?t accept the ?Our receiptmachine is broken? scheme and I insist they take a picture of the machine so I can see the actual total. I can just imagine howmuch money they must pocket a day if they continuously steal just a dollar or two from every customer they see a day! Read more
Tonight was NOT there night. They were training a bunch of people that really didn't want to work (by their body language and... demeanor). It was truly unfortunate for the manager and customers because she spent her entire time screaming and yelling forthe correct items, or more items or condiments.....it was a lot. Prolly the worst Wendy's to ever exist. My mobile order wasn't ready after 15 minutes of when I submitted. Was missing 4 things... after I was given the food, the drink, dressing and crisps for the salad, nuggets, and barbecue sauce. I work at a differentWendy's, this place is horrible compared to mine. The 4 by 4 deal is amazing because you get a hamburger, fries, chicken nuggets and a soft drink for $4. Amazing!
THE WORST PLACE TO EAT IN THE WHOLE WORLD. The customer service is terrible, I wanted to use my coupon for the first time free... nugget and they did not let me use it because they did not know how to scan, when the manager arrived she did not know eitherand told me that she was not going to give me my nuggets and that she would not I asked more. They gave me the glass and therefill machine was not working. We ordered 3 of the hamburger and only 1 arrived well, the other two all bad. never go to thisplace. Read more
Worst Wendy's experience ever! Fries were old and cold, a homeless man came in as if he owned the place and the manager just... said hi to him and gave him some free food. After he got done eating, he decided to take a nap IN THE RESTAURANT! Someone needsto do something about this place because it's going to give Wendy's Corp a bad name! Read more
Never includes drinks with the kids meal or toy even though it is accounted for in the total price paid. Always have to remind... the employees or disappoint my kid when he opens his food. Poor quality here. Read more
