I like this specific Wendy's a lot. It's relatively close to my house. They always get my order right. They are always super... fast....during lunch, for dinner, during the week, the weekends, everything. There is another Wendy's on Flagler and 97th Avethat's closer to my house, and I go to this one instead. I had never been to this Wendys because the lobby was always closed due to COVID. It reopened in october before Omicron and I... took these pics. This establishment is absolutely disgusting. We went to go eat as a family and my children?s food had hair in it!! My husband... had a hair INSIDE his lemonade which is extremely unsanitary. And further a do I was extremely in shock to find A BUG inside myfrosty!! This place should be shut down for no cleanliness and the bathrooms smell like straight pee. Either they need to get ittogether or shut this chain down for good. Especially with Covid 19 this is not the time to be dirty and keep up with badcleaning habits. Inaceptable. Read more
