Customer service here sucks, I did a mobile order and waited inside for 10min just to see that no one had made my food and... everyone was on their phone. Once I got my food, I took a bite and it was old an dry. I had to wait another 10min for them toremake my food so overall 20min of waiting when I was the only person inside. Highly disappointed! Disgusting. This is the last time I?m buying anything from this wendys. The bread is soggy, they put one lettuce and one tomato... and they are all soggy as well. This burger is miles away from looking like the advertisement. No wonder there is never a lineat this wendys. Save your money and eat somewhere else. Read more
My brother was craving Wendy's and this was the one closest to our location. I warned him about the bad food they serve here. He... still wanted to go.. Well, this Wendy's didn't disappoint once again.. First, after paying in drive-thru, a few seconds laterthey tell us to move the car forward (away from the drive thru window) to the front of the store as they would bring the food. This didn't make sense. 5 minutes later, they come out with the food. The burger was cold. You can see that the meat has beencooked hours before. The fries, forget it. Extremely soggy and full of grease. It appeared that both fries and burger were justplaced in the microwave and warmed up. Even the soda had no flavor. This has to be the worse Wendy's ever. If you are closeby, try eating at the gas station next to this store. You probably have a better chance eating something fresh than this store. Read more
This place has some of the worst service and the rudest employees you?ll find in any fast food restaurant. They continually get... orders wrong, the service is very slow (which is odd since the place barely has any customers), and the employees are veryrude. On several occasions, I?ve been the only person in line at the drive-thru (while the inside is empty too) and have had towait upwards of 10 minutes parked outside for them to give me my order. Then, even after the long wait, they still get my orderwrong, and then the employees get mad at you for complaining. This place is very bad, I?ll stick to the McDonald?s that?s lessthan a block away.
