Most of the time they are good. I always go at night, that staff is nicer than the day shift. #UPDATE 9-30-22 I was asked for... an update by Google, I guess since I have been there 2 nights in a row. I took off 2 from the 4 stars I gave it since everytimeI have bren there this week they didn't have what I ordered. The people at the location didn't seem to care. And the excuse wasthat they can't control inventory on they side. Wendy's needs to fix this. I shouldn't be allowed to place a mobile order, getthere and they are out or just don't have at all what I ordered. 9-28-22 I ordered like 10-12 things and they only has fries andspicy nuggets. If I order 2 Dave's doubles with a bunch of other stuff. That's what I'm spending my $4+ gas on to go get. Not 1large fry and a spicy 4pc nugget. Same thing 9-29-22 I get there and they system down. But I had already place my order on theapp so I was told to drive around. I get to the window and again. Still don't have what I ordered. I don?t know what happened tothe old night shift but these people don't care. I was told "You need to come earlier". It was 8 pm? Food is good but the service was painfully slow. Moreover, they got my order wrong twice in a row
I?m just going to avoid this location now because it?s ridiculous how many times I?ve come to order #9 bourbon and I have to ask... for extra sauce to be able to taste the difference between this sandwich and a regular. Then they have the audacity to charge me0.40cent. So I?m pass ptfo that not only can I ever get my sandwich right I am charged extra for literally nothing! Nodifference- why are you charging your customers an extra 40 cent when your workers don?t know the difference . I should tastethe sauce and when paying extra it should be running off the sides !!! I suppose now they are under new management. Which is great i stopped coming here because i ordered a 4 for 4 with baconator... fries and my order was wrong and my sandwich was old it had pink and gray as i bite down into my sandwich. Today was the firsttime in 2 years that i come back to this very same restaurant. The food was better the staff was faster and my food was correctand cooked. Read more
I hate to say this but the young lady gave my food to someone else by accident so I waited about thirty twenty minutes. Then the... lemonade was extremely watered down. Here on vacation. Interior was clean. Employees were not very welcoming. Food was ready fairly quick. Not satisfied with my... chicken sandwich. Lettuce was wilted. Asked for ketchup and the cashier acted as if I was a burden she gave me and my cousin 3packs for the 2 of us. We asked for more and another employee gave us 5 more. Everyone has a bad day but when working customerservice even a fake smile is better than a mean mug. Also Napkins placed in to go orders would be nice! Read more
Do not go there! They work slow and those people got a lot of attitude!!! I waited in line for door dash then the lady said to... come inside when I walked it to black guys said it?s closed. And they kicked me out! Mind you I just came to pick up delivery! Iwas the only white person in the store and they were giving me lots of attitude and made me wait like 45 min the pick up doordash !!! It?s crazy !
