The worst Wendy?s I have went to! There is no customer service. The manager on night duty was so rude. As I was picking up an... order for Uber Eats, she got loud with me, and rushed me out while I was filling up a drink, talking about some, ?we got to go!?The Wendy?s at this location did not prepare the order completely. As a result, the Uber Eats customer did not get his soda asrequested. This is not the way that you treat a customer or a delivery driver. I would never go back to this Wendy?s. Read more

For pick up orders I never had any issues. Never dined inside, so my opinion is only for pick up orders
I really had the best experience with the employee her name is Denisha she was so awesome to me I'm from the city of Detroit... visiting for a month and her hospitality was just so incredible I must say we need more employees like her nowadays. Herhelpfulness and kind sweet spirit as I walked in she greeted me which was everything. PSA: This is the type of coworker we needin the world place and that needs a RAISE ???? Very nasty inside. No one taking orders. Staff standing around in the kitchen. Have to stand around and wait since all the seats... are sticky. I had to pour water on a table and clean the table and seat. Never come here again. The floor is soooooooo sticky,everytime you walk your shoes stick to the floor. Moblie orders not ready drivers waiting around for the order. Kicthen staffnot all wearing gloves. Nets flying by the soda machine. Staff not properly train, customers came back order waswrong. I went for a frosty with my granddaughter. The frosty was great. I walked outside and two employees were outside rolling and... smoking cannabis. I informed the manager and she did nothing but say that they were off and proceeded to let them continue infront of the restaurant. Read more

I don't have much expectations for fast food joints like this since I used to work in a couple, so I'm not going to complain... about the obvious issues one may face at this particular establishment. I want to point out the positive. Shout out to the olderlady with the glasses at the first window that looks like she could be everyone's mother-sister-auntie-grandma all at the sametime. I appreciate her and I know my food is coming out fresh once I hear her voice on the other end, as she takes my order.This woman is down to earth, real, and genuinely respectful. She makes the experience better despite circumstances that is lifein general. Somebody please come save this woman, Wendy's don't deserve her. Read more
