Went to this restaurant last night around 7pm first of all the girl that was working the drive thru should not even be working... there very very rude snatched my money out my hand and literally aggressively handed my change to me and the manager Rose atleast that's the name she gave me looks like she can't handle her employees I will never go to this location again. the ladies that work the night shift seem to have a problem with the food that is sold at this establishment. not only do they... speak about it causing health issues, they're not even polite about it and this is my local Wendy's. They're obviouslymiserable, but I am not to blame that they're stuck in a dead-end job due to their lack of ambition in life. Nor should I haveto drive to the nearest Wendy's in Brickell, where the wait is about 45 minutes to an hour. This has been my family's goto foryears now, I would hate to have to change my routine due to lack of simple etiquette. Our family had a Chipotle but my father wanted a plane burger, as he?s a plain eater, no cheese, no mayo etc.. with just bacon,... lettuce and tomato, but the drive-through assistant couldn?t get understand the order, if it wasn?t on the menu it just didn?tcompute with her maybe it was our accent. When the order did eventually come there was cheese on it, the burger patty wasextremely small, the bacon was on it, the lettuce and Tomato. Funny with all the signs talking trash about McDs and how they make their eggs but in the end I had to drive down the street to... McDs to get some good. Horrible service stood at the counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged, if they were busy Iwould have understood but when you have 3 employees gossiping and laughing and one talking on the phone. First time I came here it was great! Fourth time here and it only got worse. I usually only go after 10pm so I don?t know if... it?s better during the day. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and they gave me the wrong order. I don?t know what sauces orcondiments they put but it isn?t what I ordered. They have rude attitudes and take 10 minutes to answer the machine to place anorder. They?re all older women with attitudes and I?m honestly surprised.
